Mind over body, Mind over body, Mind over the FREAKING BODY!!!!

I love you guys! :D  Thnks for all of your supportive comments, they really do help!

Drinking that black coffee as usual, but crying this time through sips. It's one thing to be really over-wieght and then lose it quickly, be happy with your self, yadda yadda yadda, all that good stuff.

But its quiet another when your like me. Near anorexic one moment, then pinging, then losing, and now stagnating. I undrstand why people cut themselves now. It didnt make sense before, but now it does.

No more stagnating. Im sick of stagnating, seeing these same numbers day after day!!!

Right now I am exhuasted. Woke up this morning b/ped, because i thought "hey, i could just burn it off through out the day". So that's the plan. Damage control day today, ***lots*** of exercise, cleansing etc. Water water water. No more b/p-ing!!! I promise you all !

Then under 1,000 calorie days untill the 2nd of Feburary, (weigh-in day).

  2. oh i know what you mean about seeing the same number again and again, day in and day out. it gets so frustrating. ive been at the same number for like a month now and it gets so depressing after weeks of losing a pound or more and then loss or movement.(if anything some gaining lol)
    its after you push past those hard times though that you feel true satisfaction. and i know you can push past this and will strive ahead.

  3. Just keep telling yourself how good you are going to look when you lose the weight! I know how much stagnating sucks, I am right there at the moment, but we can't give up! Stay strong!

    something about black coffee always makes me feel so superior when i drink it especially when im watching other people eat


  5. God that is such a drag!! Try not to look at the scales till the 2nd, you might find you're more motivated :)

  6. You are awesome. This is definitely a downer moment but motivation is everything- you go nowhere without it. Get agressive with yourself! haha. And best of luck :)
